Approach
The nose sits in the middle of the face. Change it without reading the forehead, the chin and the profile and the nose is different while the face looks wrong. Length, projection and height are planned against the whole face.
This matters most in revision. Two people can arrive with the same visible problem, one caused by the position of an implant, one by capsular contracture, one by grafted cartilage pressing on thin skin. Those are three different operations. Examination and 3D CT come before any plan.
Grafted cartilage survives on its blood supply, and smoking impairs it. Not smoking around surgery and through healing is the single instruction the surgeons here press hardest on.

Sinsa Station on Line 3 and the Sinbundang Line, Exit 8. About 200 metres straight, then left into Garosu-gil. The clinic is in the Adidas building. 3F is the surgical centre and 4F is the outpatient centre, and new patients go to 4F. From Incheon Airport, limousine bus 6009 stops at Sinsa Station.
